Terms and Conditions for Travel Services
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the booking and execution of private chauffeur and tour packages in Georgia with Georgia Hills.
1. Service Scope and Tour Descriptions
Georgia Hills provides dedicated private passenger transport consisting of modern sanitized vehicles with professional drivers, airport meet-and-greet transfers at Tbilisi (TBS), Batumi (BUS), and Kutaisi (KUT), and customized day tours across all major scenic regions of Georgia.
The agreed daily service rate includes vehicle fuel, parking tolls, and dedicated chauffeur service for the daily agreed schedule. Attraction entry fees and personal meals are excluded unless explicitly specified in a customized package invoice.
2. Booking Procedures and Payment Terms
To ensure maximum convenience, clarity, and peace of mind for our international guests:
- Frictionless Direct Booking: Reservations and driver assignments are confirmed directly via our official WhatsApp concierge without mandatory upfront credit card holds.
- Flexible Payment Method: Service fees are settled upon arrival in Georgia directly in cash (Georgian Lari GEL or equivalent USD) or through agreed corporate invoice methods.
- Transparent Pricing Guarantee: All quoted rates are final and inclusive of fuel and road costs, guaranteeing zero hidden surcharges or surprise fees.
3. Vehicle Cleanliness and Passenger Safety
We guarantee clean, sanitized, climate-controlled, strictly smoke-free vehicles. Passengers agree to wear seatbelts at all times in compliance with Georgian traffic safety legislation.
The professional chauffeur reserves the authority to modify routes during severe mountain weather closures (such as snow passes in Kazbegi or Svaneti) in consultation with the guest to ensure optimal passenger safety.
4. Liability, Insurance, and Force Majeure
All our vehicles maintain comprehensive passenger transport insurance under Georgian commercial carrier regulations. We are not liable for route delays caused by unpreventable force majeure events, such as unprecedented mountain landslides or blizzards, and will promptly provide alternative itinerary options.
